I have applied for 400 shares of COAL INDIA IPO and got allotted 199 shares. Subsequently I received a mail that INR 51682.7 has been sent to me by Speed Post/Registered post.

However I have not received it yet. Later on tracking the post (No. EM617700241IN)

I came to know it has been returned to your office. After that I have repeatedly tried to call your no.(022 25963838) and tried mailing many times but I have not got any response yet.

Could You please let me know How can I collect my refund amount?
