We had applied for 400 shares of Coal India Ltd. in the recent IPO (application number 38473033 submitted through SMC Global). The application amount of Rs. 98, 000 was paid by us through ICICI Bank New Delhi. Since we did not receive any shares nor did we receive a refund of the application amount, on checking the details as posted on registrar's website, we have found out that the application details have been incorrectly entered into the system by the syndicate member. The DP ID of ICICI Bank has also been incorrectly mentioned. Due to this error in entering data into the system, the application got rejected and we are yet to receive refund of application amount in our bank account.
We would like refund of the application amount of Rs. 98, 000 to our account without any further delay.
