Not getting my refund for last 35 days

Sir i have made reservation arround 23/8/10 by the ATM card of corporation bank and i have cancelled the reservation on 26/8/10 and still am not getting my refund and i have making complaints everywhere like helpline, bank but no one is listening so please do somthing
