With reference to the above subject I would like to inform you that I clearly informed in my mail that I wanted to close my credit card account after deducting all my late payment charges and even the financial charges because I already paid double the amount I swiped, now I don’t want any EMI facility when iam in need of that facility you not provided now I a wanted to close my credit card due with one shot.
I clearly mentioned in earlier mail itself iam not using [email protected] email id actually I forgotten that password, now there is no use by sending last six months statement to my Email id and physical statement to mailing address. Once again I hereby confirming you that I changed my address and even email also and informed the same to your customer care services, now I don’t want any statement just inform your Customer Service Executives to call my cell, my number is 9741501912. You mentioned about my outstanding dues only part of that outstanding I can settle towards full and final settlement and I wanted to close this issue as soon as possible. Thanks for your appreciation of my patience and even your regret to my inconvenience now I am not in position to receive this situation in patience. Once again I am requesting you that please my close my account as soon as possible.
