Credit Card of ICICI Bank
Not issued, but CIBIL status is issued

I applied for ICICI Bank Credit Card. But it is not issued to me. But as per my CIBIL Report there is ICICI Bank Credit card in my name. It should not be there. My Full ROMA PRASAD MUKHERJEE. My PAN No. is AJXPM6439R.
