MISBEHAVIOUR AT BRANCH

Sir,

I, Murselim Sekh, Proprietor of MS TELECOM (A/C NO 31072491663) is a regular customer of Daltanpur branch, SBI (8737). Everey day I have to make RTGS/NEFT/ACCOUNT TRANSFER for my bussiness but for some days, Mr Nibir Kumar Roy, a member of that branch threw away all my papers and in gruff voice and in ordering tone stated that after 2pm no RTGS/NEFT/ACCOUNT TRANSFER would be done from this branch. As we are quite bussy with our showrooms we generally reach the bank at 2.10pm. When I approached the manager, he requested him but Mr Roy turned down his request. It vehemently hampers our dealings with our companies. So I request you earnestly to take necessary steps otherwise we, all the local bussiness members have to close all the dealings with your bank. It is not we alone, even some employed customers are so annoyed with him that they have already closed the dealings with the branch. But as I have full confidence in you, I look forward
