Deduction from Saving Account

I am Surender Bamel and having saving account with HDFC bank since last 6 years. I used to have a credit card of HDFC Bank and i did the settlement of Rs 26, 500 in Feb to pay the amount in 8 installments. Due to some personal problem i was not able to pay into 8 installments so i called HDFC Credit department and asked for grace period of 3 months which they agreed and i paid whole amount in 11 months. Once i paid whole amount i asked them for NOC and final settlement letter and they said it has gone for approval in Chennai and they will provide me with in 30 days. Now after 6 months i came to know that they have not accepted grace period and they have duducted Rs 54067.49 from my saving account which was also with HDFC bank without my information. I have not received any information about the cancellation of settlement letter.

Please help me out in getting my NOC and money back from HDFC bank.
