Deficiency in product

I purchased this software to manage my expenses. The log in process did not work for 2 days. Then when i went on to add my first bank account it did not work and it took them 9 days to sort it out. I then tried adding my union bank account and it does not support this bank account! They advertise 30 day free trial but if you click on that it asks you to pay for it! Since it is only 400 rs i bought it. When i requested them for a refund since nothing was working they refused saying refund is not possible! People should be made aware that these are fraudsters and people may easily buy thinking what do i loose but rs 400!
