I Had credit card from deutsche bank No 5268610006456000 and we settled the A/c on 04/10 for Rs 21000 /- and the executive name was umashanker and we had the settlement letter from the bank with ref no BG 0075 even today we get calls and when i went for a loan in a bank they told i have not settled the a/c and the outstaning is of approx 90, 000 Rs i have the docucment of settlement and the receipt for payment who is the process and who to go about it
