Outstanding amount was converted to EMI option.
Subsequently upon confirming with Customer care that outstanding if closed would cancel the EMI option, closed outstanding with a single cheque in Oct.
They have been going on charging EMI even after that and are trying to collect the full amount again through EMI saying that I did not inform for EMI closure. Even last month I've clarified from customer care that EMI would not be charged again; however they are now asking me to pay up or else...
