I have done recharge on this 9821520167 number which is BPL mobile number, Post paid (BILL) But i made a mistake by recharging it mobile for Rs1166.00. EBL Transaction Id is 2AD8F1733B620355 on 25th feb. It is showing that the transaction is successfully completed but actually it is not activated.
