With reference to the above subject, I Subhash Khairwa holding a credit card No.
I would like to inform you that on 15th Sep lady called me from number 01130694300 / 01130693900 / 919582871071 offered me via telephone for some discount voucher with a credit card for which they wanted my credit card details from saying EBL Club Leisure & I was diverted & gave them the credit card details immediately after a sum of Rs 5509/- was debited from my cr card though they have not told previously about the amount. After that and the number from which they call is not contact able. The call center number: 01145738585-is not replying PROPERLY in these circumstances I want to cancel the offer & want the refund. Please help me.
And also I had made telephonic conversation with above party regarding in this matter on cell no.919582956056 that I have no required of any product from you, because you have cheated with regarding in this matter but they have not agreed for reverse transaction.
Immediately I have called with ICICI credit card department for above transaction which I have not made and registered a complaint SR No.152169359.
So kindly look above this matter which is very serious issue for me, I hope you will do all needful for recovering of Rs.5509.00 for the transaction which I have not made.
Your early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
