Not getting monthly installment

I deposited Rs 10000 for aqairing land, as per the company: s by laws I will be given a monthly insentive for the same till I get the Land. I was Issued a ATM card Of ICICI Bank, But it does not work. I became a member from Mr AMERJEET whose feild officer is Mr RIZVI .My Address is BK-15, Pl - 4, Nehru Nager EAST, BHILAI NAGER -490020.
