I have been cheated by Good Life program of ABN AMRO BANK

Dear Sir,

I am a ABN AMRO Credit Card customer. I had opted for the Good Life program of ABN AMRO.While I am accepting the Offer they told me so many offers in all the shops, and the welcome will get delivered by 2 to 5 weeks, but i got the kit after 3 months, that too the kit got opened, I was denied to take that but courier boy told me that speak with good life program. I try to reach good life program around 100 times but not able to reach.

Then I decided to revert back the offer and spoke to "ABN AMRO customer care" they have given the good life noida address, So I returned all the items, whcich i got from them. After that I waited 4 months to get my money back and requested around minimum of 20 times to customer care. They are not ready to reverse back. I also sent so many mails to concern department. But no use.

Kindly assist us on this matter.
