Reference to my card no 4476 9254 9985 9093, I had paid cheque dt 1.11.2006 amount 4, 200/- & dt: 15-11 the amount 13, 800/-, which has been debited from my a/c, your total payent was due near about 26, 500/- on that time i was sifted to Calcutta for my fathers operation and i got a call from your side if you paid this amount in one short then you can close your account to pay in one short 18000/- this call was from your lower parel office Mr. Gaurav Mehara 09820962812 and i was follow his suggession & i have paid the above mentioned amount in 2006 as soon as possible...
Sir the problem is now i apply foe my home loan and i get my name in CIBIL REPORT...
Ny credit card balance is zero so please help me to remove my name from your cibil report as per your norms... or sggest me how i procced for this matter becaue the CIBIL dept. said we can't do any thing if you paid the all amount to hsbc then this matter will be solved by hsbc and when they send me the report again that your payment is clear then we can remove your name so please look this matter and help to send me reply please.
