HDFC ATM Bank
Rs 5000 wrongly debited from my SBI saving account

Dear sir, 56497.91 amount in my SBI account no. 30407838834. I tried the withdrawal 5000.00 amount on date 09.12.11 in HDFC ATM No: S1ANBE58.

message displayed that transaction is declained and again I tried to draw same amount from another machine it showed the same message.

Again i tried Balance enquiry on the same machine Txn S.No 6029, avail bal Rs:51497.91.that means Rs 5000 is wrongly detected.

Again i tried to withdraw Rs 5000.00 Txn is successful, Txn S.no 6030 and avail bal is Rs 46497.91.And again Txn S.no 6031 shows

Rs 51497.91.Again I check bal enquiry Txn Srl no 6032, it shows Rs 51497.91.

On 12 dec I will check the balance enquiry on onlinesbi internet banking it shows balance amount Rs 46497.91 that means Rs 5000 is wrongly debited from my account. So kindly credit Rs 5000.00 in my SBI saving account.
