I have my salary account with the bank. My account no. is 12031140020495.My debit card (ATM) stopped working. I applied for the new card on 31st oct. I got my card on 19th nov (approximately after 20 days of application instead of 7 days). But that time i dint recieved my atm pin. They asked me to file a new request by filling form in bank branch of sector 17A, huda market. They promised of their response and service delivery within 7 working days. However today is 29th nov and still i havent recieved my atm pin. They ask me to request for new pin atime and again every week. Now they are asking me to change my home address to get the card (pin). The account was opened at my office premises (IBM Daksh business process services pvt. ltd.). I can not keep on going to bank again and again, sometime for address change and then for new request. Now, its more than a month my request is not completely resolved. It is a great customer dissatisfaction.please interven and take a proper action.
