No Proper Coustmer service support

Hi,

I had made a cheque payment for my sisters Credit card. My cheque gor cleared on a 5 th of Oct.

But then I got a cal from teh Credit card department saying taht they have not received the payment.

After conatcting the bank on the same quriey I did not get any resposne. after 10 days for Hassel the payment came in my credit card.

But the problem is my money was lost from 10 dyas & whithing these 10 days I got penalised for late payment on My credit card as well as my Siater credit card.

And Bank has not yet reverted with any explanation.
