I have vehicle loan from hdfc bank. I have paid full EMIs/ loan, but the bank not issuing NOC to me after sevral times follow up. My loan a/c no is 214693

I have also taken personal loan from standard chartered bank and setteled full & final on 27.04.2006

loan a/c no 40794725.Several time follow up made but Not issuing NOC.
