No way you can get in touch with the senior management team of HDFC or HDFC bank. Customer service is non existent. I have to actually pay money and I am running around to do that. Surprising to see the proclamation of HDFC "At HDFC, our strength emanates from our intrinsic value of customer orientation and care. If our services have fallen short of your expectations, kindly give us your feedback thereby giving us an opportunity to improve. We have in place a customer complaints management system which ensures that your feedback will receive due attention from our complaints co-ordinators at all HDFC offices. In addition, the process ensures that complaints, if unattended, are escalated to Branch Managers, Regional Managers, Heads of Departments and the Managing Director for timely and appropriate redressal."
Till today my escalation has not been addressed or escalated in HDFC.
