Misbehave and rude talk

Myself, the undersigned the spouse of mrs harpreet sethy who is having credit card, no.4346 7710 0407 7443 which we are maintaining by only depositing the minimum amount every month due to some financial circumstances we are unable to deposit the whole amount. this month only we are late by 15 days and one of the executive by the name of anil kumar from ansal classic tower of ur bank started harrassing by calling continuousely to me and my wife and even used some language to provoke me.l told him that we r late by only 15 days and also we r out of town and definitely deposit the minimum amt, before 30th as we r doing earlier but he and his manager again srarted harrassing by their rude language. now pls either u take action or i directly go to police station.the nos, from whjch i was being called r 43145200, 66219031, 4314500, 4314300, 4314500.pls lookinto this matter as i am fed up with ur executives behaviour
