Dear sir, i had booked a ticket from ANVT to ALD (PNR-2109821035 by train no 2818 dt 23/8/10.this train was delayed by more than 6 hours. Its actual dept.time was 19:50 whereas it left ANVT 2:30am on 24/8/10.
On arriving the ANVT to cancel my reservation on 24th/8 morning at 9 am, booking staff refused to cancell it and advised to come after 5 days and get 50%fare for non boarding the train.
Then i approached DY.SS of ANVT station M r OM KUMAR and even he could not get a solution AND THEN I LODGED A COMPLAINT ON COMPLIANT REGISTOR WITH DY SS. AND COMPLAINT NO. IS 006 DT 24/8.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO GET ME THE FULL REFUND OF RS 548.AS A CUSTOMER I FEEL THAT IT IS A CHEATING OF A LARGE GOVT. ORGANISATION AND APATHY TOWARDS CUSTOMERS .WHY SHOULD A CUSTOMER SUFFER FOR THE MISTAKE HE NEVER DID.
According to raiways rule if a train is delayed more than 3 hours customers get full refund of ammount.
