Hello... this is Anushree. I am using Airtel landline for multiple purpose (Phone and Internet) of scheme 600 Rs /month from 2 years. I notice my bill gradually increases from 600 to 610 then 650 and so on. We use phone only for incoming calls and internet. On inquiry we came to know may schemes automatically started on on our phone and we have to pay extra price..If this process continue we unable to support such expensive subject. We complain several times, it stopped on complain and dnt know when and how started on? Please look into the matter and take action.
