CIBIL Name

I did settlement with hsbc bank for my personal loan, Still my name is coming in cibil report. This is not good. It's not way of work. They remove my name from cibil. they are asking more money from me to remove my name from cibil. Where our country is going i don't know, One all will die by hunger because of this kind of corruptions. If u think i am right then do something for me, otherwise i will think that consumer court is also a partner with this bankers in all this corruptions.
