Harrassment by phone for non recd. bills

My Name Rajeev M. Pathak

Since July I am not getting bills /statements from the HSBC bank Credit card div. I tried to complain on their tel.no.66800001, but being a too long interactive, automatic system I failed. Last many adays their persons from recovery dept. hre persistently harrassing me by making calls at home, & at office. Itried to tell them about non receipt of bills. They asked me contact customer care which is again interactive.

You are requested to kindly see to it that I receive the bills in time & till then no late payment charges are levied.
