Hiding Information for profit by HSBC Bank

Hi Consumer Court,

I am having a salary a/c with HSBC bank (a/c number 054-365291-006) and they converted my salary a/c to saving a/c without informing me. On February 24, Rs. 1103 deducted as a balanced based charges.

This is solid information hiding from customers to get the profit. Please help me so that they wont do same with others also.
