Adding Hidden Charges

Hi All,

I am holding HSBC Credit Card 4384599989984678 and I am not using it form past 1 year 6 months. When time of taking a Credit Card your team had mentioned that it is free card.

Suddenly when I log-in to the HSBC online account I had observed that 2000 rs has been added to my account as member-ship fee and it is going on adding and increased to 3700 rs but I am not using your card.

I am totally pissed off.
