Hi Sir

I have credit card holder of HSBC Bank. And the Credit Card Number is 4476 9299 8205 3156. I had some dispute amount of Rs 11000 amount with the bank in Month Oct. Since i had not done the traction. I had been complaining to the bank since last 1.5 years. But never got answer Because of this i Did not pay the money since that time..

I got call from one of the bank recovery agent Name is Amol Patil. He abused my family and told me that if i will not pay the money, He will kill my family and so on. More ever he told me that he is from Police etc. My father is heart patient and it cause the problem to her.

I seriously want to understand whether bank is doing this or some other agencies are doing this.

I came to know that the amount is reached up to 35 K which is really not acceptable since there were dispute between bank and me.

I want to know to whome should i Approach and how to Approach.
