HSBC Credit Card
CIBIL STATUS WRITTEN OFF

Hi All,

I had one credit card from HSBC (4476-9299-8819-2248). i have closed the card and paid the balance amount and got the NO DUE LETTER and Zero Balance Statement on April'10. I got my CIBIL 16-10. As per my CIBIL report the above card status showing WRITTEN OFF. i send the scan copy of NO Due letter and Zero balance Statement. CIBIL Contacted HSBC, but HSBC didn't update by record as closed.

Please help on this to remove the status from CIBIL.
