HSBC Credit Card
Pathetic cards

I had a Hsbc credit card in 2008.and had not used it for years.

One day got a message saying, I have to pay some 2K (inspite of not using the card at all), as some non usage fees.

then, had applied for cancellation and got the card cancelled.

Now after some 1 year, one most arrogant and rude guy Mohit calls and says, I have to pay 10K!!!

I wanna sue this person as well as the credit card department, please tell me the procedure.
