SBI Cards
No Valid reason for cancellation

I Had applied for online credit card request, executive had called up and collected necessary documents informed credit card would be posted. One fine day i was informed request is cancelled and the reason behind it was not disclosed. I was also informed that my request would never processed in future. When i have account in SBI why cant i have credit card.
