Un necessary calling on mobile, land line and very bad behavior

Dear Sir,

I have taken loan from HSBC some 4 years ago.

I have paid regularly to HSBC bank, as of now only two EMI"S are remaining and amount is INR 3600.

Then too A girl named SARIKA is continue calling me on mobile, and landline of my home and talking in very very bad manner.

I have told her that after some time I will pay this amount, Being a genuine customer I have paid total amounr of INR 85000/-, just INR 3600 is remaining, then too she is calling minutes by minutes.

She is calling on my home on landline and talking very bad to all my family members, being a girl she is talking in very rude way.

Kindly instruct HSBC to stop calling me and give me some time for repayment, OR as I have paid very huge amount to HSBC, If possible kindly do needful for waive off of remaining amount and instruct HSBC to give me NOC on this loan matter.
