Terms are not as per explained over a phone

Dear Sir,

I have takem HSBC primium circle program based on my telephonic conversation with officer. I was explained on phone about the benifites and was asked for enrolment. when I asked for writen offer before enroling, I was told that after I okay the deal, and transfer from my credit card over phone I will recieve the documents by mail and reimbursement vouchars. To my shok I found following discrepencies which were not explined over the phone.

1. Hotel stay: this is for selected destination and were not excluded for selected time periods which was important for that season.

2. Airfare: this is only basefare but airline was not specified and we have to give choice of three destinations plus three different days.

3. Over Phone no I could not det proper reply.

I request you to consider this for justice, I shall be given reimburcement for proper mental stress.
