Wrong deduction of RS 139.01

Dear Sir,

I have added my idea cellular[9824669393] to ICICI visa bill pay service.

My last bill date was 15-10.

till date icici bank does not proceed my bill.so that to avoid disconnection i have paid that amount through net banking on dated 15-10.

After 5 day again ICICI charged rs 139.01 against my Credit card visabill pay service.

then i contacted to ICICI customer care for the concern. no any proper reply from them.they told me that u have to contact IDEA for that.because they may be sent the bill to us late.

KINDLY NOTE THAT FOR VISA BILL PAY SERVICE I ADDED THE BILLER TO icici. I DONT KNOW AFTER REGISTRATION HOW U PROCEED THE BILL INTERNALLY.

I AM USING THIS SERVICE FROM LAST FEW YEARS.BUT I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED LIKE THIS.

SO KINDLY REQUEST U TO CHECK THE DETAILS AND REVERT ME URGENTLY.

IF YOU CAN NOT DO THE NEEDFUL REMOVE THE IDEA BILLER FOR MOBILE NO 9824669393 FROM MY ACCOUNT.
