received 500 rupees less

Rrespected sir,

I withdrew Rs. 10000/ fro Rajendra Place, New Delhi, ATM on 18.07.2011 around 4.00 P.M. but received only Rs.9500/- (500X18 100X5) i.e. Rs.500/-. I could not lodge complaint on 981878000/41718000 as suitable menu could not be located. I used my sbi debit card. As no slip came out, I am not aware of trasaction number/ATM ID etc. My mobile Number is 9415911326
