Icici bank has debited a sum of rs. 1- on my credit card account and give the credit to bajaj allianz on 17th March. After asking by me from bajaj allainz they confirm that the same bill not uploaded by them and ICICI bank regularly saying that the same bill uploaded by bajaj allainz. due date for the same bill was 21st april. last year i have paid the instalment on 21.04.2009 and again ICICI paid the instalent on 17.03.2010 instead of 21.04.2010. How can i cliam for premium paid by me in 10 in 11. Now i am asking from ICICI bank to provide me the proof for that bajaj allianz has requetsted for payment but the same not provided by them they regularly saying it has uploaded by bajaj, if its uploaded by bajaj then they to provide me the prrof of the same, so that I can follow up with bajaj.
