ICICI Bank Credit Card
Name not cleared from C-Bill

I had cleared my dues with settlement with ICICI bank in November. Till date, the C-Bill status is not cleared from their end. I was assured that it would be done in 6 months. Kindly suggest how can i do it my self in this case. I have e-mail from the bank regarding zeroization status and no dues.
