My Name is Dhirajlal P. Waghela

I am using ICICI Bank's Credit card since last Three Year's.

I had not paid my Credit Card Outstanding for the month of March and Total Outstanding with financial charges came to Rs. 3645.28/- which i should have to pay immediately. I got the call from ICICI Bank's Assistant regarding the Payment Outstanding and he tolled me that the another assistant will pick up Cheque from my home I agreed for the same and made payment to Assistant by cheque drawn on ICICI Bank No 804515 (He had written all particular on cheque including Credit Card No & Amount) on 01/04.

Further to that on 07/05 i came to know that nither the cheque got cleared nor the payment is reflecting in statement. I again got call from ICICI Bank's Executive and he informed me that my payment is still pending He again sent ICICI Bank's Assistant to my home and I immediatlly made Cash Payment of Rs. 3650/- on 08/05 as no further charges get levied. Meanwhile i contacted to Customer Care Regarding the same and they said my charges will get reversed and cheque will be return to me by cheque. But still now i havn't had received cheque yet and charges are also not revised.

I compaint to Customer care and they clearly raise their hands up to reverse the charges.

Today my total outstanding came to Rs. 2600 (Aprox) Charges only.
