Debit Card and Cheque Book delivery

I wanted to open 3 in 1 a/c in ICICI . I put my request for the same on the ICICI web site. After that i was receiving daily calls from ICICI cust care banglore number and one ICICI executive Snehashish. I asked them what are the docs i need to give. I didnt have permanent address proof. I told the problem and convey them that i will c in future. They keep calling me the guy name Snehashish told that open a/c with the address for which u have proof. Debit card and cheque book i will keep with me at Manyata Tech park branch bangalore as he was employed there and he made me to open a/c in that branch. I asked them clearly would u pick my call if i didn't get my debit card and Ch. book he told no we are professional. My account get open on 20 Dec .2010 . From the day i keep calling to this guy he gave number of other guy (kartik) that he will take care n i dont think i have to explain further. Snehashish stopeed picking my calls other guy tells it is not my fault u talk to him.

People cry about public sector . what is this? My account got open but i m not able to use it. I went to our national bank that was hell lot better than this.
