ICICI online banking has recently started new concept of OTP one time password of logging in to your account withount giving any information to their customers. It was really annoying, u r supposed to get the password on your mobile or email registered but u never get that message or mail, so u r forced to send a sms which charges u 3rs every message but by the time u get the message it says ur session has expired please login again and send the message again. Its just a new way of looting money by iCICI n if u try calling their paid customer care after ling hours of waiting pressing thru ivr they will tell u that our call volumes are really high please call us later. This is the worst banking experience i got so far. If u have an option of using other banking banking service please do. Dont ever open an account with ICICI.
