I have an ICICI account .sInce I can withdraw money
from any bank ATMs, so I went to axis bank to withdraw money. I put up a request for Rs 10000.
ATM took some time and then it says " Txn timed out". I then pressed cancel and my card came out.
I tried again with sbi bank, but same results. Now when I went I checked my account balance it says 10000 rs have been
debited twice. I immediately called up the ICICI customer care and logged the complain They said it will take 8 working days as it will require sm investigation from their side. it has been a month now i logged my first complaint on / 02/04 but so far no reply.
it was me who kept calling to thm numerous times asking for my money but they kept me waiting.
when i called and asked for progress i got to know that they are unable to reverse the amount which was shock to me.
i also wrote a complaint against them which they declined either without any explaination. this isnot expected from a reputed bank like icici.i am sick and tired with this.
this has been more thna 45 days now.
still not getting this resolved.
