I hold three ICICI credit cards. I have applied for a personal loan in a private bank. During verification based on CIBIL report they found that a credit card (which doesnt belong) to has a payment due and I'm not eligible for a loan.

It belongs to Suresh Dadithotti of Hyderabad. I'm Suresh Duraisamy from Chennai. The bank peolpe has entered the same PAN no. for both of us which is the actual reason for all problem. My PAN no is ALPPD8161M. Now they are making me call them daily to the customer care which involves lotta steps before I could reach the Representative and then I must fight with them to transfer the call to the Collection department. This happens daily making me spend in the phone for more than half an hour.
Atlast when I the collection department people say that they have forwarded the case to the 'Concerned' manager and he will communicate to me, which in any case is not happening at all, the 'Concerned' manager has no concerns on me it seems. Nobody from the collection dept called me or contacted me.
When i send a mail to the [email protected], first they replied asking me to wait for 2 working days and then when i call them back, they said that they will mail on that day. In that mail they are asking me wait for another seven working days (which excludes new year day and week end). This is stopping for getting the loan which is very important and urgent right now for the fault which they did.
I pay the dues in time but their response to my problem is negligible. Please address this issue as I'm in very urgent need of the loan, for which I'm actually eligible.
