5, Issued & Valid throu Date (on your card).(Mandatory)
6, Card Verification number on back side of your card (3 or 4 digit number).(Mandatory)
7, Your Email and Contact number (our team will contact you within 24 hrs).(Mandatory).
8, Complain details.(Mandatory).
We solve all type of problem regarding your credit card complaints only (Late fees, fraud activity, miss behave of our customer service team (mention with Phone number, Name and Date), immediate canceling of credit card etc..). Other type of problem contact your customer service department.
