I want to redeem the rewards points

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been using my credit card for the last 6 years. My card no. is 5176 3770 0529 2031. I wanted to redeem my reward points. So I called up your customer care deptt. I was told to talk to hthe imint people. When I called them, I was surprised to know that I had zero reward points to my credit. I was also told that the reward points to my credit were cancelled on the instructions from your bank. I want to know the reason.
