Sir, my atm card was locked inside the atm machine due to power failure. The transaction was incomplete then also Rs 7000 were debited from my account. I got back my ATM Card about after 15 days but even after 45 days the amount has not been credited back to my accont. Many times i have called / visited the Hadapsar, pune branch but of no use so far. Kindly look in to the matter & reverse the amount. Thank You!!
