On Saturday (24/7) 1.30pm I got a SMS from your bank that “I have successfully created a new 3D secure pin“. I immediately contacted the bank and was waiting to speak to your customer care executive. I received another SMS telling a transaction of Rs. 8862.00 has done through my credit card by purchasing ticket by using site cleartrip.com.
I immediately and blocked my card. The first day your customer care person Mr. Ashutosh & Mr. Sanjay told me that this is a case of payment dispute and after 24hrs I can make a complaint of the same.
After 24 hrs, yesterday I phone the bank again to make the complaint. Your customer care person Ms. Susan denied all the promises Mr. Ashutosh & Mr. Sanjay made. She told I can not go for any dispute complaint. Till this time I haven’t used the 3d pin and I was not well aware about this facility.
I have already lodged a police complaint & informed site cleartrip.com about the same.
As I have not done this transaction, what shout i do now
