Settlement complaint

Respected Sir,

I am a credit car & account holder in ICICI bank a/c no 000701011546 & card no 4477463306804002. On behalf of my card Lombard has cheated me so I complaint to Credit card division & Lombard as well. But in spite of my instruction they have paid to Lombard now they are deducting money from my account without my permission.

Please settle my account with credit card-division take your money & refund me my Money. Thanks & best Regards
