TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
Myself SATISH PRAKASH BANSAL was issued credit card no 4477468131309002 on 14/04. On 9Th may I received a letter to make a payment of Rs 75000/- in two instalments. I made the payments 8500/- on 24/4/08, 16500/- on 26/04 and 50000/- on 09/06. A zero balance letter was issued by the bank on 09/05.According to the CONSUMER CREDIT INFORMATION REPORT this account was declared closed on 28/3. But on 31/05 it was again put on CONSUMER CREDIT INFORMATION REPORT. Due to this error I am finding many problems in my proceedings for Loan, in spite of the complete payment made. Kindly issue me the first statement when my credit card was issued on 11/04 and removal from CONSUMER CREDIT INFORMATION REPORT Sir kindly look into the matter seriously and help me through your mail immediately.
