I, Adarsh Kumar (ICICI Demat Ac/ No.- 34186477, trading A/C No.-8501258059, would like to complain against ICICI customer care executive. During telephonic conversation on 24/12 at 01:47 pm by my mobile- 9274307018 Mrs. Tasleem had given me the wrong information regarding the Mahindra Finance Fix deposit that it comes under sec-80 C and I’ll be getting the tax benefit for the same. She has pursued me for FD with wrong information and I made the FD (Transaction- EBA/1224163128, ORDER NO-7047692) of Rs. 10000/- on believing her words. But later on I learnt that FD does not come under sec-80C. So I don’t want to continue that FD. When i complained in customer care he didn't lodged the complain. So kindly give me the suggestion
