I have ICICI future credit card.
They have not sent me card pin, (which is required to reach customer call centre, hence I can't reach
them over phone).
My email address on their records is made up by themselves, hence I am not getting statements over email.
Their online complaint booking has been giving errors.
When I tried to make online payment, that also gave errors.
Only option left to me is to visit an ICICI branch (and I am afraid, I might get an answer that for future card, please visit so and so place)
Would they care to be more customer friendly, and reliable?
